There are three different methods of payment:

1. The one based on single services (including the possibility of an all-in session rate)
   
   
2. The one based on time.
   
   
3. The one based on a prearranged lump sum.

Depending on each individual case the costs are agreed on before you put me in charge so that you know exactly what you have to pay for my work.

Cost compensation in the case of a victory

Without going into detail here: in civil proceedings it is possible to get a (sometimes only partly) cost compensation in the case of a victory. That means that (depending on the way of procedure) there is the possibility to get back (up to 100%) of the costs by an opponent.
